Shipping:
Orders within the United States are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping is a flat rate of $13. Express shipping is also available. Delivery times may vary, especially for made-to-order items. For estimated delivery dates, please refer to the checkout page.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or PO boxes are shipped via USPS. Standard shipping typically takes 4 to 14 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Once your order has shipped, I am unable to make address changes. I am not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses, or damages during transit. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. If you have not received your order within 20 business days of the ship date, please contact me so I can file a claim and locate your package. Please note that claims cannot be filed after 60 days from the purchase date.
I do not have a studio open to the public.
Returns:
All sales are final and non-refundable. Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please review all product dimensions carefully before ordering. Due to variations in screen settings, colors may appear slightly different in person.
Exchanges are not accepted.
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, you must notify me within 24 hours of delivery. Items damaged due to customer mishandling will not be accepted. Any approved returns must be sent in the original box with all original packaging materials.
Stained glass may contain lines, bubbles, or other slight variations that occur naturally during the glassmaking process. Glass jewels and beveled glass may also have surface scratches. These are not considered flaws and do not qualify an item for exchange.
Each item is an original design by Etta Kostick Designs and may not be replicated.
