If you have not received your order in ten business days or (nineteen business days for international orders) please reach out to me so I can file a claim and find out what happened to your package.

Curbside pickup is sometimes available for customers in the Chicago area. Pickup location is in the neighborhood of Lincoln Square. Please email Etta at info@ettakostick.com to see if it is possible to arrange this.

I do not have a studio space open to the public.

If you receive the wrong item or if the item is damaged you must notify me within two days. Stained glass will often have bubbles and lines other characteristics that are not imperfections but instead a common product from the process of making the glass. These can not be avoided. Items with these characteristics are not eligible for an exchange. Items damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted. Please pack returning items in the original box with all of the original packaging materials.

Materials:

Suncatchers: Suncatchers are made with a lead-free solder consisting of silver, tin, and copper. Although it is harder to work with and more expensive than leaded solder we use lead-free solder for all of our designs to keep our customers safe.

Stained Glass Jewelry: All Jewelry is made with a lead-free solder consisting of silver, tin, and copper. Ear wires are sterling silver. The glass used for jewelry is two millimeters thick, which is lighter than traditional stained glass sheets.

The colors you see on your device may vary slightly from those of the item due to the variations in screen settings.

Stained glass will often have bubbles and lines other characteristics that are not imperfections but instead a common product from the process of making the glass. These can not be avoided. The metals and finishes used in stained glass tend to naturally oxidize over time. This is a natural occurrence.

Glass is fragile and all pieces should be handled with care.

Each item is an original design by Etta Kostick Designs and should not be replicated.

Care:

Suncatchers: To clean the glass part of your suncatcher use a non-ammonia household glass cleaner and wipe gently with a cloth. Avoid cleaning metalwork. To avoid removing or scratching the finish do not use abrasive materials such as steel wool. Suncatchers are for indoor use only. Exposure to liquids may damage the finish.

Hanging Suncatchers: Using a small nail angled upward or a hook to display your suncatcher is recommended. Do not use suction cups with attached hooks as these will often pop off windows.

Jewelry: To clean jewelry use a soft cloth. To clean the glass part of your jewelry use a non-ammonia glass cleaner.
