Collection: Sunset Earrings

These earrings feature mouth-blown panels of sheet glass made by the glassblowers at Fremont Antique Glass in Seattle, Washington. Each sheet is created using a traditional process in which a glass cylinder is blown, cooled, cut open, then reheated and flattened into a sheet. This technique has been used for over 1,000 years. 

Each sheet takes multiple days to create and is entirely one of a kind. Because of the handmade nature of this particular glass there may be air bubbles and lines. Each pair will have its own unique color pattern.
