The earring is well crafted, unique and beautiful. Aside from the quality of the earring, the communication with the seller was so outstanding. There was an issue with the package delivery and the seller was on it - initiated the follow-up tracking with the carrier and eventually replaced the order. So pleased with the customer service and understandable due to the quality of her craft.
